orange lights

Have Halloween decorations (i.e. fake spider webs all over the yard and strings of orange lights) always been this big around here or is this just the first time I've noticed them?

I don't know what street you live on, but I remember there being this weird cultish obsession with halloween decorations on Hanover Street. you should definitely take a walk down that street on the 31st, it's a huge party.
